Zyraex may request content, assets, access, approvals, or technical details from the client to complete the work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, brand assets, content, and timely feedback.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, or access may delay delivery timelines.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope. Major changes, redesigns, new pages, or new features may be treated as additional work.

7. Hosting, Tools, and Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, databases, analytics tools, payment providers, monitoring systems, or communication platforms.

Zyraex is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise, the client owns final project content and final custom deliverables after full payment is received.

Zyraex may reuse general knowledge, techniques, components, workflows, and non-client-specific development patterns across future projects.

9. Portfolio Use

Unless agreed otherwise, Zyraex may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials. Sensitive or private details will not be shared without permission.

10. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance, monitoring, updates, and support are only included if agreed as part of the project or as a separate ongoing service.

Support does not include unlimited new features, redesigns, or third-party platform issues unless agreed separately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zyraex aims to provide reliable and professional services, but we do not guarantee that any website, automation, or system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from all security risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyraex is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project or service relationship according to the agreed terms. Work completed before termination may still be payable.
